You may not use this service to distribute content you do not have the right to, we respect your privacy & do not monitor your files, but should we receive report of content distribution from our server that contravenes a third parties rights, we will be forced to find it & delete it immediately & without notice.

You may not use this service to distribute illegal content of any kind, but particularly child pornography (under 18), true rape & snuff, if you do so your account will be terminated immediately & you will be reported to your regional authorities.

We can not be held responsible for any content that you may download to our server, it is your responsibility to conduct due diligence & make sure you do not breech these terms of service.
