We use Paypals secured payment gateway, but you do not have to have a PayPal account nor open one in order to pay using your Credit Card.

Please contact us for any changes relating to server login.

Details for billing can be edited via the members billing login on this website. Billing arrangements either in you Paypal account (if applicable), or by contacting us.

How do I cancel my account?

You don't have to do anything, simply do not pay the invoice.

Do I need special software?

Not for Standard or Premium plans, all you need is the browser already installed on your computer, for full functionality with the Q plans you need Firefox 2 or 3, or IE 6 or 7, or Safari 3.1.1 for windows, or Opera 9.27 if you enable in Opera the page right click menu.

The good free browser we recommend is Firefox.

You can also easily install the free DownThemAll extension for Firefox that will allow you to pause & resume downloads when downloading to home from our server, there are many good download managers available, such http download managers will also divide files into multiple parts to be downloaded simultaneously, therefore increasing your speed.

There is also FireFTP, another free extension that is an extremely easy to use ftp client.

For FTP uploading to the server you do need a FTP client, the good free one we recommend is FileZilla.

When I click "Scrape" I get the message "Error in tracker-response."?

This happens with some private trackers & we are trying to pinpoint the cause, it's a tough nut to crack, we have however done extensive testing & you can be assured that the tracker is getting all the information it should be, & your stats are getting accounted correctly.

Can I FTP upload to the server & then seed my torrents from there?

Certainly you can, you can also download a torrent from one tracker to the server, then use our built in .torrent file generator to make a new .torrent file & upload it to another tracker. We do not have a built in tracker though, you will still need to use public & private trackers that are already available.

Simple rename the .torrent file slightly & away you go, even just one more or less character will do it, some people just add their username to it, all that really matters is that it is different to what you tried to load the first time, & that it still ends in .torrent

Can I set my torrent/s to automatically stop when I have seeded back my share?

Yes you can, in the popup transfer settings window, the "Control" or "Settings" tab, you will find "Percentage when seeding should stop".

If you enter 100% here the torrent will stop when/if you have uploaded as much as you have downloaded, giving you an even ratio on that torrent. If you enter 110% the torrent will stop when/if you have uploaded 10% more than you have downloaded, giving you a ratio of 1.1 on that torrent, & so on & so forth.

Please note, if the download speed of the torrent is less than the upload speed you are contributing then this figure will be exceeded before you complete, sometimes many times over. If this is a problem for you & you don't want to contribute to much extra data, then you should limit the upload speed for the torrent to something less than the download speed, you can do this also in the same window.
